PARENT INFORMATION
THE MODEL COLLECTIVE

WELCOME!
Your student has expressed interest in The Model Collective, an elevated senior experience by Liz Klein Photography & Design, LLC.
This page contains everything you need to know about the program, the structure, safety, scheduling, and what participation looks like.
We start with a consultation (with both you and your student) to help determine if the program is the right fit before any commitments or payments are made.

What's The Model Collective?

The Model Collective is a year-long senior photography experience that blends:
  • Creative photoshoots
  • Portrait sessions
  • Confidence-building activities
  • A supportive, inclusive community
  • And an end-of-year celebration of your student’s artwork
It is not a modeling competition.
There are no auditions, no popularity requirements, and no modeling experience needed.
Our goal is simple:
Celebrate your student’s senior year in a meaningful, creative, and confidence-building way.

What's Included? (Core Sessions)

Your student participates in four required sessions:
1. Kickoff SessionA relaxed introductory photoshoot where they meet the team and get comfortable in front of the camera.
2. Editorial Styled ShootA high-end creative experience featuring modern concepts and expressive posing.
The final portraits are featured at our Gallery Night.
3. Personalized Senior SessionYour student’s main senior photoshoot, styled and tailored specifically to them.
4. Cap & Gown Mini SessionA simple, meaningful session at the end of the year.
Students are encouraged to bring college gear or future-plans items.

Optional Opportunities

In addition to the four core sessions, your student may have the chance to participate in optional creative opportunities throughout the year.

These are not required, but they can add variety and fun to your student’s senior experience.

Optional Creative Mini Sessions
In addition to the core sessions, your student may have the chance to participate in occasional creative opportunities throughout the year.
These sessions are not guaranteed and not required, but when offered, they're simply fun chances to create a little extra variety.
Possible Mini OpportunitiesDepending on the schedule and availability, we may offer occasional extras, such as:
  • Personality-driven mini sessions
  • Seasonal or themed concepts
  • Bestie/BFF photo moments
  • Creative lighting experiments
  • Small pop-up sessions when time allows
These sessions are completely optional and will be announced if/when they become available.

Referral-Based Bonuses
Students may also earn additional opportunities through referrals.
These are always optional and offered as a thank-you for sharing their experience.

Optional Family Session (Discounted for Collective Families)
As a thank-you for being part of The Model Collective, families may schedule one updated family portrait session at a reduced rate:
  • Standard rate: $395
  • Collective family rate: $195
  • Available during June or late fall/early winter (November-December)
  • Completely optional
This is simply a special opportunity for families who want updated portraits before graduation.
